Silvia Richter-Kaupp

I was born in 1967, have a degree in business administration (FH), Master Certified Coach (ICF) and have been self-employed since 1997 as an interim manager, coach, trainer, mediator and coach trainer.

In the many years of my self-employment I have completed a cornucopia of trainings, e.g. as a certified trainer for Nonviolent Communication® (CNVC), as an ILP® therapist, as a ThetaHealing® instructor, as a mediator and several more. Before I became self-employed in 1997, I worked in the areas of sales and human resources, most recently as the human resources manager of the German subsidiary of an American corporation.

On a private level I am married and live with my husband and our four-legged cat kids in Karlsruhe. I grew up on a farm in the northern Black Forest and am very fond of animals. And also a big soccer and boxing fan. I like art and jewelry design, attending classical concerts and operas and listening to music, especially Rammstein.

People say of me that I am clear, structured, committed and persistent and at the same time warm, sensitive, empathetic and humorous.

I'm good at initiating things and getting them off the ground and creating spaces where people can open up and develop.

Corinna Frauenfeld

Born in 1981, industrial business administrator, Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and active as an office and project manager as well as a coach.

Over the past 12 years, I have completed many courses & training, including a business coach, in the areas of intuition & vocation, new spirit coaching. And all of this has been life-changing for me and others on many levels. At first, I just wanted to help myself. But since 2016, I have also been helping other people to trust themselves and their strengths again. Before that, I worked for many years in the IT industry, in procurement, and as an alliance manager.

I live with my husband Dirk and our twin daughters in Sandhausen near Heidelberg. Today, to my delight, I combine my skills and interests more and more professionally and privately. I love to combinate my creativity with a pinch of ingenuity, exchange ideas with others, learn, inspire, be amazed, and try out new possibilities for even more vitality.

People say about me that I have a kind of special effect when I meet people. That I can create protected spaces full of genuine compassion, openness, presence, and listening - in which people open up to themselves and their personal development.
