For me money is a strategy to fulfill needs. I offer coaching, training, mediation... primarily because I want to contribute to a more constructive together in business and society. Furthermore my services meet my need for contact, community, acknowledgement, inspiration, personal growth and financial security by earning my living.
In my experience coaching, training, mediation... are very effective means to keep or regain our well-being. Therefore I would like to make my services available to as many people as possible. As a result I have decided not to determine fixed fees but to ask my clients to decide for themselves - depending on their financial means - what they would like to pay me in order to contribute to the fulfillment of my needs. To give them an orientation I have come up with a wide sliding-scale for each of my services. If the fee is somewhere in this sliding-scale my need for appreciation of my work is met. I trust that each of my clients is willing to give me the highest amount possible within this sliding-scale he is able to pay and he deems to be fair and reasonable considering customary market-prices for similar services.
