I was born in 1967, hold a degree in Business Administration, am a Master Certified Coach (ICF) and have been working independently since 1997 as an interim manager, mediator, trainer, leadership coach and coaching trainer.
During my many years of self-employment, I have completed a wealth of studies and courses, e.g. as a certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication® (CNVC), mediator, therapist for Integrated Solution-Focused Psychology (ILP®), in systemic solution-focused coaching and supervision, as a Personality Profiler Coach (LINC), Symbolon specialist, ThetaHealing® practitioner, ValueParty practitioner, and several more. Before starting my own business in 1997, I worked in sales and human resources, most recently as HR manager for the German subsidiary of an American corporation.
However, I have learned even more from the many crises that life has thrown at me than from all my training. It is no coincidence that my logo features a lotus flower. Like the lotus flower, I too have grown out of ‘muddy water’ and overcome many adversities. In doing so, I have trained my resilience and crisis management skills.
Personality-wise, I am quite introverted, but at the same time socially curious, open-minded, and cooperative. People say that I am clear and structured, committed, persistent, and straightforward. And warm, empathetic, and humorous. God has also blessed me with a lot of pioneering spirit. This has led me to repeatedly contribute to bringing new things into the world: For example, I was one of the first interim managers, mediators, coaches, and coaching trainers in Germany, helped a number of foreign companies gain a foothold in Germany, helped establishing the professional fields of mediation, coaching, and nonviolent communication on the German market, and introducing the first 24-hour service in Germany.
My mission is to help people develop the ability to stabilize their emotions, see the diversity of people and ways of life around the world as something that enriches us, deal with our strengths and weaknesses in a positive way, and find ways to live in harmony with our true nature.
In my private life, I am married and live with my husband and our cat Knopfi in Rastatt. I grew up on a farm in the northern Black Forest and am very fond of animals. I have a keen sense of beauty and enjoy art and music, especially classical. I also enjoy soccer and boxing, as well as body-mind practices such as Jin Shin Jyutsu, ThetaHealing meditation, and tapping.
