How about the costs?

Regarding the fees I consider your financial possibilities as well as the circumstance whether you are a company or a private client. However, the amount should be somewhere between 180 € and 80 € per hour (plus VAT). The fees are - possibly completed by reimbursement of travel costs and compensation for outlay - carried by all conflict parties in equal proportions with one exception: When labor conflicts are mediated the fees are usually carried by the employer alone.
